FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to abdominal surgery. There are used two flexible metal rods with circular canals on a surface formed to block sliding of rubber cords or ligatures thereon. One end of each rod is cone-shaped and rounded, while the second end is narrowed, flattened, bent and has a hole. The rods have a smooth or rough surface. The rods are implanted in medial edges of sheathes of rectus abdominis muscle. The rods are closed by ligatures and rubber cords delivered through the aponeurosis ends with covering the rods.
EFFECT: technique provides eliminating the reasons for disordered skin integrity within laparostoma.
