SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to surgery, herniology. A framework of stretched polypropylene mesh strips 1.5 cm wide and a length exceeding the wound length by at least 5 cm is formed in the rectus abdominis sheath. In this case, the polypropylene mesh frame is inserted into the rectus abdominis muscle sheath using a conductor. The edges of the aponeurosis of the anterior abdominal wall are stitched together with a polypropylene cylindrical ligature 1 cm wide and 7-10 cm long, dividing the wound into equal parts 5-7 cm long with obligatory stitching at the costal arches level. The ends of each polypropylene cylindrical ligature are sewn together with a polypropylene thread, and during the final suturing of the aponeurosis, the polypropylene thread passes through the weaving cells of the polypropylene mesh frame. The conductor for carrying out the method consists of a skeletal traction pin with a pre-rounded working end and an olive-shaped stop, located as in Fig. 1.

EFFECT: method allows reducing the risk of incisional ventral hernias and eventrations by creating a power frame in the connected tissues, to strengthen the areas of the white line of the abdomen with the greatest tension in the long term, to exclude the possibility of thread eruption.
