FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and may be applied for surgical management of Scheuermann's kyphosis. A number of pairs of facing hooks are arranged on terminal spines of a vertebrotomy area. Said hooks are used to form a compressed capture on rods of segmental corrective instruments. It is followed by active kyphosis correction by sequential and uniform dislocation of these hooks on both rods facing each other to close these hooks together posterior spinal column at the top of kyphosis.
EFFECT: provided single-step correction and created conditions for effective anterior and posterior spinal stabilisation.
