FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming longitudinal slit- shaped defects in vertebra bodies and arches on the concave side of the arch. The vertebral canal is opened all over the segment to be subjected to spinal cord compression procedure. Thrust transplants are introduced into each defect dilating anterolateral and posterolateral areas of the epidural space. Regional osteoporosis being the case, lateral surface of the bodies placed medial relative to the formed groove to the arches roots is resected and partial resection of the arch roots is carried out.
