FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to apparatuses for delivering fluid medicinal products into the subcutaneous tissue of the user. The apparatus may comprise a reusable part containing a drive component (e.g., an engine) and a control electronic apparatus, and a reusable part containing a tank for the medicinal product. The medicinal product can be displaced from the tank for the medicinal product by a plunger assembly containing a plunger connected with a driving screw rotated by a nut, wherein all listed components are located in the disposable part. The apparatus can be in fluid communication with the tissue by means of a flexible cannula. Different implementation variants relate to an improved cannula insertion mechanism delivering the cannula under the impact of the force applied by the spring. Different implementation variants relate to an improved method for filling the apparatus, e.g., using an adapter for a bottle and an automated filling station.
EFFECT: apparatus is more suitable for patients with Parkinson's disease and other central nervous system disorders than known apparatuses for administering the medicinal product.
