SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Infusion device comprises main reservoir, in which liquid drug is stored, release branch pipe, which delivers liquid drug into patient's body, basal dispenser, which provides constant flow of liquid drug in release branch pipe, manually activated bolus pump with piston pump, which delivers bolus dose of liquid drug at activation from main reservoir to release branch pipe and system of basal delivery containing piston pump. System of basal delivery delivers volume of liquid drug from main reservoir to basal dispenser at each bolus pump activation. Bolus piston pump and piston pump of system of basal drug delivery have reverse motion. Common drive manually activates bolus piston pump together with piston pump. Bolus piston pump and piston pump are repeatedly filled with liquid drug, supplied from main reservoir at back motion. Alternative version of infusion device with full manual control is disclosed, which is characterized by means of repeated filling.

EFFECT: inventions provide simplified dosing, allow to reduce pain and comply with treatment regimen.
