FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of polymers, particularly, to extrusion of flat synthetic threads with preset properties. Proposed method comprises producing, at least, two different-properties melts to be distributed between, at least, three layers to obtain synthetic film, cooling the latter, cutting it into strips, drawing said strips to thread formation and winding said threads onto reels. Synthetic raw stock represents granules, powder or agglomerate. Produced film is cooled in water bath. After cooling, water is removed from film surface. Film inner layer is filled with filler based on calcium carbonate in amount of 0.1-50 wt % of total bulk of raw stock.
EFFECT: reduced production costs and wear of extrusion line.
