FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of geomembranes, in particular, to production of composite geomembrane, which can be used for organization of complete waterproofing, creation of anti-filtration screens, as well as separating, protective, anti-erosion layers. Method of producing a geomembrane, in which at a first step, upper and lower layers of a base are obtained from a polymer nonwoven fabric consisting of oriented reinforcement elements obtained from a thermoplastic polymer and attached to each other; at the second stage, a reinforcing core is formed, consisting of oriented reinforcement elements obtained from a thermoplastic polymer and attached to each other; at the third stage, the upper and lower layers of the base and the reinforcing core are connected to each other by applying a molten polymer or a mixture of thermoplastic polyolefins, for which at the first stage of the third stage the upper layer of the base is installed on the first shaft of the rewinding machine, wherein a reinforcing core is installed on the second shaft of the rewinding machine, after which both layers are drawn through the system of shafts of the rewinding machine and said layers of the geomembrane are connected with a molten polymer or a mixture of fused thermoplastic polyolefins to obtain a composite layer of the first stage, then, at the second stage of the third stage, the lower layer of the base is installed on the first shaft of the rewinding machine, and said first stage composite layer is installed on the second shaft of the rewinding machine, then both said layers are drawn through the system of shafts of the rewinding machine and connected with a molten polymer or a mixture of fused thermoplastic polyolefins to obtain a composite layer of the second stage.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability and durability of the composite geomembrane.
