SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and be used for traffic control. Proposed device comprises pulse generator, multiplexer, first counting trigger, parity trigger, ADC, first register, adder, demultiplexer, PROM, second register, subtractor, digital filter, logical element AND, D-triggers for track state fixation, and second counting trigger. Additionally, proposed device is provided with rectifier, low frequency filter, second PROM, second subtractor and second digital filter.
EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
