FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in that line generator and receiver are connected in turns to every trackside, while AC signal is sent into rail circuit on one end to be received on the other end. Reception end voltages and supply end currents are registered for every track. Supply end current is checked for compliance with reception end voltage, if these differ occupied line is registered and if they comply, track is considered clear. Proposed device comprises signal generator (15), pulse counter (2), ADC (20), registers (25), memory unit (26), decoder (3) and element "AND" (27). Additionally, proposed device incorporates clock signal generator (1), switch (4), matching transformers (5-9), limiting resistor (16), bandpass filters (17, 19), rectifiers (18, 22), smoothing filters (19, 23) and trigger (29).
EFFECT: higher reliability of track state control.
