SUBSTANCE: cast iron contains the following, wt %: carbon 3.0-3.2; silicone 1.0-1.5; manganese 0.01 -0.02; vanadium 0.01-0.02; phosphorus 0.03-0.07; sulphur 0.03-0.07; copper 0.15-0.2; nickel 0.2-0.3; chrome 0.1-0.15; titanium 0.001-0.002; cobalt 0.03-0.07; aluminium 0.07-0.11; gallium 0.0001-0.0003; hafnium 0.05-0.09; antimony 0.01-0.02; iron is the rest.
EFFECT: proposed cast iron composition allows obtaining alloy castings with quality surface.
