SUBSTANCE: low-alloy cast iron contains the following, wt %: carbon 3.0-3.2; silicone 0.1-0.14; manganese 0.01 -0.02; vanadium 0.01-0.02; phosphorus 0.12-0.16; sulphur 0.07-0.09; copper 0.9-1.3; nickel 0.5-0.6; cobalt 0.2-0.3; chrome 0.01-0.02; aluminium 0.07-0.11; gallium 0.0001-0.0003; hafnium 0.006-0.008; zirconium 0.1 -0.12; selenium 0.01-0.02; iron is the rest.
EFFECT: improving the quality of surface of cast iron items.
