FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: spacer grid for a fuel assembly comprises tubular cells with sites, along which each cell is integral with neighbouring cells, and between which on each cell there are corrugations, in tops of which a circumference is inscribed in the cross section. On each cell corrugations and specified sites are made at opposite end parts of the cell.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a spacer grid with softer cells, which reduce forces during assembly of fuel elements with spacer grids in process of fuel assembly manufacturing.
