SUBSTANCE: proposed technical solution is classified as a cosmetic treatment, namely to polish or decorate nails. The task is to achieve a new effect - the "internal" glowing of a nail. The method of manicure consists of several stages. Pretreatment of the nail. Giving it a certain form. Pre-staining of the nail. Glewing to its surface of various objects, creating an artistic composition. Art painting of the nail with the glued composition. The application of electrically insulating layer. Electrophysical and electrochemical generation of electric current. Switching on the electric current. Supply of an electric current to the glowing element. Transformation of the electric current into light flux. And art painting of the nail with a glued composition is carried out taking into account the internal illumination with light flux. The object of the invention is also a device that implements the proposed method of manicure.
EFFECT: achievement of a new effect - the "internal" glowing of the nail.
