FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to therapy and cardiology, and can be used for diagnosis of ischemic heart disease. Fabric of foot nail plates from fifth fingers of right and left hands are excited with linearly polarised laser light at wave length 532 nm. Raman spectra are recorded. If a line is observed in range of 900 cm-1, obtained from nail of fifth finger of left hand, in absence of a line in same range from nail of fifth finger of right hand, ischemic heart disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables to diagnose ischemic heart disease by detecting qualitative change in structure of molecules in nail left of little finger.
