FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely palmar surgery and can find application in skin grafting required in multiple damages of a palmar surface of fingers. A method involves creating artificial webbing followed by using a vascularised fasciocutaneous flap or an axially supplied graft, as well as separating the webbing. A finger distance of 4-5 mm is provided when creating the artificial webbing. After the flap is engrafted, it is clamped with soft compressors along the web spaces. On the 6th day, the 5-hour check compression follow. On the seventh day, all the web spaces are single-stage dissected. The wounds are closed.
EFFECT: use of the given invention provides reducing length of treatment.
