FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making irregular shape incision in skin and subcutaneous fat between adhered fingers. Triangular cutanosubcutaneous flap is cut out in interdigital space on the hand palm. M-shaped flap is cut out on the back side. 1-1.5 cm long skin incision to fat layer is made from the middle part of the flap towards the finger bases. Skin wound edges are brought apart. Wound fundus is covered with oncoming triangular flap cut out from hand palm. It is sutured to separated edges of longitudinal incision. The flaps are shifted to close the defect. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented recidivation.
