Then Kerlix AMD chewing gauze dressing by Lohmann & Rauscher is applied with circular bandage of every finger. Then bag for vacuum system Suprasorb CNP Easy Dress by Lohmann & Rauscher is put on and vacuum device is connected through port for 7 days with constant pressure of 120 mm Hg.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating all cicatricial deformations of the hand in one operation, improving the engraftment of skin autografts, reducing the length of treating the patients and considerably reducing a risk of recurrent cicatrical deformations, improving functional and aesthetic results.
