SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in incising cicatrices in region of interdigital space, cutting out two cellulo-cutaneous grafts on side adjacent surfaces of fingers and two folding grafts on palmar and dorsal surfaces in region of interdigital space, mobilizing grafts on side adjacent surfaces of fingers , displacing these grafts in distal direction, and then overlapping diastasis located between peaks of grafts by folding grafts cut out on palmar and dorsal surfaces of interdigital space. EFFECT: prevention of retraction of post-operative cicatrices and contraction of interdigital space.
