FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming. Drawing die comprises drawing hood, drawing core, blank holder and pneumatic spring to drive blank holder. Said pneumatic spring is made up of chamber 30 filled with gas and stopped by piston 28. Piston 28 abuts blank holder via force transfer elements 24. Chamber 30 is provided with deaerating valve 38. Said valve 38 operates when piston 28 reaches preset bottom position to allow instantaneous deaeration of chamber 30.
EFFECT: ruling out impurities in varnished or film-coated material surface.
