FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cleaning method of surfaces of turbine blades in chemically active media at pressure of gas medium and temperature exceeding critical pressure and fusion temperature of chemical environment is implemented in turbine blade surface cleaning unit the working chamber of which is made from nickel plate material in the form of thin-wall shell in which chemically active medium is heated with resistance-type heater to the temperature exceeding its fusion temperature by 11-25 degrees at gas pressure exceeding critical pressure of chemically active medium of 2.2 to 4 MPa, and periodic change of level of chemically active medium is performed during exposure owing to reducing the medium temperature in working chamber below its fusion temperature by 3-9 degrees with further heating to initial temperature, as well as owing to condensation of vapours of liquid component of chemically active medium with inert gas supplied with compressor with further pressure release in the range of 0.1-0.4 MPa.
EFFECT: invention allows cleaning the turbine blade surface from residues of mould and carbon deposit, enlarging the service life of clean turbine blades, reducing the quantity of defects at manufacture of blades and enlarging treatment capabilities of turbine blades.
