FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-precision onboard equipment of spaceships, particularly, to space telescopes. Proposed main frame consists of lengthwise, crosswise and diagonal elements jointed together at cross points. Said plates are curved and made from bimetals. Their geometrical and physical characteristics satisfy relationships (α1·h1 + α2·h2)/(α1-α2)=K·R0(1-βctgβ) and where α1, α2 are coefficients of linear expanstion of materials of said plates, (α1 > α2); h1, h2 are material layer thickness; K is factor allowing for plate elasticity at nodal points; R0 is radius of curvature of plate layer junction surface; β - is angle of semi-opening of every plate in the plane of curvature; E1, E2 are 1st-genus modulus of elasticity of plate layer material.
EFFECT: reduced defocusing of telescope.
