FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of space telescopes (ST) and can be used in creation of various mesh structures, to which there are high requirements for minimum weight, strength, rigidity and stability of geometric dimensions from the effect of temperatures. Disclosed is a mesh composite housing, which consists of annular and spiral ribs, connected to each other in nodes of intersection, wherein annular ribs are uniformly distributed along the height of mesh housing of ST and are located symmetrically relative to points of intersection of spiral ribs. At that, annular ribs are made of material with high temperature coefficient of linear expansion.
EFFECT: technical result is providing stability of mesh composite body height by height at operating temperatures in order to preserve its focusing with minimum weight and maximum strength and rigidity.
