FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to treatment composition for metal surface. Treatment method of metal surface and metallic material is also described. Composition contains at least one compound chosen from the group consisting of zirconium compound and titanium compound, and organosiloxane representing polycondensation product of organosilane and containing in its molecule at least two amine groups where polycondensation degree of organosiloxane comprises at least 40%; at that, content of the compound chosen at least from one compound of the group consisting of zirconium compound and titanium compound in treatment composition of metal surface is 10 ppm to 1000 ppm on the basis of element metal; content of organosiloxane in treatment composition of metal surface is 1 ppm to 2000 ppm on the basis of element silicon; at that, weight ratio at least of one element chosen from the group consisting of element zirconium and element titanium, which are contained in zirconium compound and titanium compound respectively to element silicone contained in organosiloxane is 0.5 to 500.
EFFECT: invention allows forming film of chemical coating, which provides sufficient covering of base surface, coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
