SUBSTANCE: inertial engine comprises at least one system with a propeller and a flywheel with a working medium. Around the flywheel there is a turbine, and the flywheel is made as capable to supply working medium to the inner working surface of the turbine. In another version around the flywheel there is a spiral or a ring with a chute on the inner surface facing the axis of the flywheel rotation, and at the outlet from the spiral or ring there is a hole with the possibility of discharge of the accelerated working medium from the hole.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop thrust in an airless outer space.
