SUBSTANCE: container comprises a base with a roof, a location bed placed onto the base, a band detachably connected to the location bad, a jacket installed between the roof and the band with a cylindrical vessel connected with the band, a central stop device and a fixing element. The container is equipped with an insert installed in the cylindrical vessel as capable of rotation, a side stop device, detachable elements and a sleeve, where the central stop device is located, at the same time the sleeve is installed into the insert and the band ledge, along perimeter of which there are brackets fixed on the band and connected with the vessel by means of detachable elements. Besides, in the insert and the vessel there are holes that form a volume, where the side stop device is arranged, and the fixing element connects the band ledge with the sleeve.

EFFECT: higher safety of storage and maintenance of explosive loads.
