SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting-and-conveying equipment, namely, to devices for transfer and installation of cargoes excluding access of unauthorized persons to moved cargo. Device for transfer of load comprises container with coupling element and cover, on outer surface of which are installed guide and locking mechanism, comprising spring-loaded retainers, made with possibility of movement in guides and interaction with coupling element. Locking mechanism consists of gear and gear sector, which engage with each other and are installed on cover with possibility of rotation. At that, slots are made in gear, while retainers are equipped with pins installed in appropriate slots of gear to displace retainers at gear turn. Besides, the interface element is made in the form of a groove on the internal surface of the hatch of the container.

EFFECT: technical result, to which achievement claimed invention is aimed, consists in reliability of design and convenience of device operation.
