FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains housing made capable to be installed on a wire. The housing is provided with means of transport and power supply unit. Means of transport represents linear motor in which wire is used as core. Also, the device contains control system and rotation gear made on the basis of step or induction motor structurally consisting of moving and fixed parts, where fixed part of rotation gear is secured in the housing and moving part can rotate relative to wire axis and is provided with locking gear. De-icing tools are made as endless screws with driving motors and located at edges of the device.
EFFECT: improvement of operational performance.
