SUBSTANCE: device (112) for retransmission of data bursts over communication line (102) contains facility for storing recently transmitted data bursts, facility for receiving retransmission request for disturbed data burst, facility for time-outs creation and facility for retransmission at least the mentioned disturbed data burst, where retransmission facility is made capable to execute retransmission in response to each request for retransmission of certain number of data bursts starting from the mentioned disturbed data burst where the mentioned number depends on interleaving delay (ID) of physical level of the mentioned communication line (102), on data bit rate (DBR) of physical level of the mentioned communication line (102) and on burst length of the mentioned data bursts.
EFFECT: lower influence of impulse noise on data bursts transmission over communication line.
