SUBSTANCE: input bits are encoded. The encoded bits are divided into multiple bit streams which interleaved appropriately. The interleaved bit streams are accumulated. A group of encoded bits which must be transmitted is selected from the buffer from the accumulated bit streams based on an initial position which corresponds to the redundancy version (RV), and the length of the output bit sequence and the selected group of encoded bits is transmitted through one or more transmitting antennae.
EFFECT: improved HARQ operation, fewer decoding errors and high reliability.
