SUBSTANCE: in a network for transfer of digital data packages, quality records are saved in memory. Each quality record indicates quality of reception, perceived by one or more received data packages. Then after memory overfill one or more quality records are rejected from the memory. At least for one of quality records, rejection weights are generated as a function of a least one of quality records and are associated with quality records. At the same time, after overfill, rejection weights are accepted for consideration in previously identified rules and conditions, according to which quality records are rejected.
EFFECT: creation of a method to control pulse noise, which saves information available for a pulse noise characteristics, identification of a pulse noise source.
