SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication system and is configured for adequate reporting of the transmission time of the sounding reference signal (SRS) and the SRS parameters to the mobile terminal using the aperiodic SRS and the periodic SRS and the efficient operation of the radio resources used to transmit the SRS signal. A mobile terminal that transmits a periodic SRS signal and an aperiodic SRS signal comprises a reception unit configured to receive in a downlink control channel a specific bit information selected from among a bit information element number indicating not to activate the transmission of an aperiodic SRS signal, and a plurality of bit information elements, each of which indicates to transmit an aperiodic SRS signal using a predetermined default SRS signal parameter; and an SRS signal assignment unit configured to control the aperiodic SRS signal transmission timing based on said specific bit information and to control the periodic SRS signal transmission timing with a predetermined period.

EFFECT: when the transmission of the aperiodic SRS signal and the transmission of the periodic SRS signal occurs in the same subframe, the SRS signal assignment unit performs the preferred transmission of the aperiodic SRS signal and does not transmit the periodic SRS signal.
