FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to reduction of CO2 concentration of fluid flow. Proposed method comprises introducing first gas not containing CO2, or including its trace amounts, by first conveyor and introducing second gas containing CO2 in concentration exceeding, at least, of air-water equilibrium, in fluid flow by second container. On adding solution containing salt into reaction chamber and introducing first and second gases therein, solid carbonate is formed and release of unreacted gas containing CO2 in reduced concentration. Method is realised at room temperatures. First gas is air. Second gas is atmospheric air contaminated due to man activities or natural processes. In compliance with second version, method consists in adding CO2 flow to fluid including salt to form carbonic acid with base at mix pH equal to 9-12. On adding solution containing salt into reaction chamber, introducing base into reaction chamber via first container and introducing fluid sample via second container, solid carbonate is formed and unreacted gas is released.

EFFECT: reduced CO2 concentration.
