FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to silencer tube with neutraliser. Tube comprises manifold flange jointed with four inlet elements made up of bent branch pipes connected, in pairs, with catalyst section inlet gas receiver. Said catalyst section consists of two half-cases welded together along joint plane to integrate inlet gas receiver and catalytic unit case. Note also that is comprises branch pipe with flange. Four inlet branch pipes arranged along exhaust gas flow feature the shape of truncated cone with sizes and inclination equal in all branch pipes. All branch pipes have identical radius of turn in one plane that changes into straight section. Branch pipes are connected with gas receiver by paired inlet channels of gas receiver that is arranged nearby manifold flange together with catalyst section. Gas receiver is arranged so that distance between contact surface of manifold flange and oxygen pickup sleeve axle does not exceed 115.6 mm. Gas receiver central axis and that of catalyst section are located at 24° to contact surface of manifold flange. All-stamped outlet branch pipe is jointed to catalyst section case.

EFFECT: longer life, higher quality of exhaust gas cleaning.
