FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silicate technology. The charge for producing silicate material is obtained from crushed glass and ceramic powder. The ceramic powder used is chamotte which is saturated with 3-4% aqueous cobalt or nickel or copper or manganese nitrate and dried to moisture content of not more than 6%. Said components are in the following ratio, wt %: crushed glass 75.0-90.0; chamotte 10.0-25.0.
EFFECT: low temperature for producing silicate material.
