FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for producing alcoholic beverages consists of a cylindrical reservoir, having a cover and a nozzle for releasing fermentation gases, which is mounted on a frame with possibility of turning about the horizontal axis and fixation. There is a nozzle in the bottom part of the reservoir for feeding compressed carbon dioxide gas, and there is a ring lug on the inner side of the cover on which a cylindrical filter element is fit. A closed chamber is formed between the top end of the filter element and the cover, which is liked to a nozzle for tapping the filtrate. An annular gap is formed between the wall of the reservoir and the outer cylindrical surfaces of the ring lug and the filter element.
EFFECT: improved quality of the end product and broader functional capabilities of the apparatus.
