SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for aseptic introduction of raw materials into a tank during fermentation/post-fermentation of beer, characterized by that a device is used, made in the form of a stainless steel pipe, which is a sealed vessel with inlet and outlet nozzles, where the nozzles are equipped with a screw thread, the outlet nozzle is equipped with a gate, the vessel is equipped with a nozzle with a tap, a bend with a removable cover, a carrying handle and support legs, device is sterilized using heating and disinfectants containing peracetic acid or alcohol-containing liquid, then the gate is closed, the tap is closed, a pre-sterilized plug is installed on the inlet branch pipe, the vessel is filled with raw material through the bend, the bend is closed with a cover, the device is transferred to the tank by holding the handle by hand, installed on the support legs, the device is connected to the tank and the raw material is transferred from the device to the tank.

EFFECT: invention provides aseptic introduction of yeast, processing aids and/or hop into the tank without opening the tank hatch through branch pipes.
