FIELD: brewing industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for aseptic introduction of raw materials into a tank during beer fermentation, which is a sealed vessel made of stainless steel, characterized by that the horizontally oriented vessel has a cylindrical shape, vessel length exceeds its diameter, the front and rear parts of the vessel are made flat or have cone-shaped transitions and contain an outlet and inlet branch pipes equipped with a screw thread, the outlet branch pipe is equipped with a gate, vessel lower part comprises support legs, vessel upper part accommodates nozzle with valve, branch with detachable cover acting as loading hatch and carrying handle.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to aseptically introduce yeast, technological aids and/or hop into the tank, without opening the tank hatch, through nozzles.
