FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: thermoanemometer has heat-sensitive and heating stabilitrons, two current stabilisers, a reference voltage source, a square-pulse generator, a multiplexer, sampling and storage device, a sampling pulse duration former and an amplifier. Heating and measurement of the temperature of the semiconductor crystal of the heating stabilitron is carried out in pulsed mode. Pulse duration in heating and measuring mode is linked to time constant of the device in a certain manner. Elimination of temperature dependence is carried out using the heat-sensitive stabilitron.

EFFECT: wider temperature range of use and high measurement accuracy.
