SUBSTANCE: system comprises observation points at different sides of the infrastructure at a given distance from it with a controller and a transceiver, a data collection unit installed on the automated workstation of the vehicle operator with a computing unit, a wireless modem for wireless communication with the coordinator, a memory unit, a database, a knowledge base and a router; the hardware-programming unit of the workstation of the operator of the railway situation centre includes a knowledge base, a database, a memory unit and a decision unit, wherein the central processor is designed to analyse the current state of the monitored facility and predicting its state with possibility of displaying the facility monitoring data on its three-dimensional model and/or separate components of its structure on the monitor of the display unit of the automated workstation of the operator of the situation centre.

EFFECT: optimising controlled parameters using sensors and updating databases based on measurement results.
