Then IM2 measurements are carried out, using various values of the second control shift signal at the gate, and using the value of the first control shift signal at the gate identified at the previous stage, the performed measurements are analysed, and the value of the second control shift signal at the gate is identified.

EFFECT: invention provides for configured parameters in a mixer to calibrate and adjust mismatch and thus minimise the mixer's distortion.
