FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to down-conversion for a radio receiver circuit. Down-conversion circuit comprises a first and second passive switching mixers, arranged to down-convert a received radio frequency signal and having respective first and second duty cycles, a heterodyne, a passive output coupler circuit, operatively connected with output ports of first and second passive switching mixers, wherein passive output circuit of coupler is adjustable, in order to adjust amplitude and phase of first and second down-converted signals. Also disclosed is a quadrature down conversion circuit, receiver circuit, communication device and method of calibration.

EFFECT: technical result is suppressing harmonic content of a down-converted signal.
