FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment. Power management circuit generates a reference voltage and distributes it to a plurality of independently operating reference voltage regulator circuits, each of which generates a predetermined voltage for the voltage regulator. Separate activation signals and pre-charge resolution signals are distributed to each regulator of the reference voltage. Since the reference voltage regulator circuit is turned on with its corresponding on signal, the pre-charge enable signal is also provided during the initial period. Each reference voltage regulator circuit includes a voltage setting circuit and a first current limiting transistor connected in series and is designed with possibility to interrupt the supply of current to the voltage setting circuit when the reference voltage regulator circuit is turned off. Second current-limiting transistor is configured to operate as a current mirror with the first current-limiting transistor, and the current of displacement of the precharge from the current source passes through the second transistor. This operation limits the current flowing through the first transistor and into the voltage setting circuit during the initial period. After the end of the initial period, the current mirror is turned off, and the first transistor is transferred to a fully conducting state.
EFFECT: method and an apparatus for minimizing commutation interference and their impact are proposed.
