FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: hydrophone channel for realising said method has a piezo-sensitive element, an amplifier, a processing and recording unit, an electrical equivalent of the piezo-sensitive element and a controlled switch, which is configured for controlled connection of the input of the amplifier to the piezo-sensitive element or its electrical equivalent; the output of the amplifier is connected by a cable to the processing and recording unit. The hydrophone channel further comprises a device for measuring temperature of the electrical equivalent of the piezo-sensitive element which is in form of a resistor. The amplifier can be multi-stage. The electrical equivalent can be in form of a precision resistor or a resistor with nominal value of (0.1-1) mega ohm.

EFFECT: possibility of determining hydrophone channel transfer constant in natural conditions.
