FIELD: physics, acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroacoustics and can be used to alter parametres of sonar noise in marine environments. The hydrophone has a cylindrical housing fitted with a coaxial tubular piezoelectric element, adapter sleeves and sealing rings, where one end of the cylindrical piezoelectric element is closed by a plug, and on the outer surface of the cylindrical housing and the tubular piezoelectric element there is a flexible insulation coating. The hydrophone also has a circuit board attached to the housing on which there is a preliminary amplifier and a capacitor whose capacitance is equal to capacitance of the piezoelectric element. Outputs of the piezoelectric element and the capacitor are made with possibility of controlled connection to the input of the preliminary amplifier, where the preliminary amplifier and the capacitor are mounted on the circuit board in a metal screen, and the other insulation coating is made from two layers of a transparent elastic polyurethane compound with a metal layer in between, electrically connected to the metal screen of the preliminary amplifier and the capacitor.
EFFECT: more reliable operation, higher hydro-stability and possibility of monitoring operating capacity of the hydrophone.
