SUBSTANCE: allocated resource can be mapped to the first physical resource on the basis of the first mapping function and to the second physical resource on the basis of the second mapping function. The allocated resource is configured with discontinuous change or without discontinuous change. The first mapping function is a transparent function or maps sequential indexes for nonsequential indexes. The second mapping function is equal to the first mapping function output plus offset estimated by pitch dimension and discontinuous change value. Switch value is configured for the allocated resource and is transmitted while allocating the resource. The discontinuous change value is based on the first value used to indicate discontinuous change absence and on the second value used to indicate pitch dimension discontinuous change.

EFFECT: frequency diversity and noise averaging while supporting frequency selective scheduling in a wireless connection system improve.
