FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises accumulating cradle made up of two sidewalls with their bottom sections jointed together, driven winding drums arranged on one of said sidewalls, single-row roller chains with one end enveloping winding drums and another end connected with tensioners arranged atop sidewalls. Chain kinks and jerks are eliminated by providing every said accumulating cradle with driven lever pick-and-place device with rollers consisting of shaft running in bearings fitted on struts, levers with rollers and levers arranged on shaft extensions and pivoted to drives. Every accumulating cradle is furnished with inclined roller guide arranged between aforesaid sidewall and lever-type pick-and-place device located on loading device side. Every tensioner is made up of crossbar running in bearings and provided with central bore to accommodate sleeve and suspension. Said suspension rests on crossbar by one end while its opposite end supports spring and female sleeves. One of the latter is fitted on crossbar body. Two nuts are fitted on suspension threaded free end to adjust spring force.

EFFECT: higher reliability and reduced weight.
