FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface blasting, particularly, to aerohydrodynamic abrasive cleaning of surfaces, nozzle to this end, and method of aerohydrodynamic abrasive cleaning of surfaces and composition to this effect. Proposed unit comprises container with mixer to prepare abrasive suspension. Mixer comprises, at least, one vane. Nozzle serves to spray abrasive suspension and is communicated with aforesaid container and compressed gas feed device. Mixer comprises mixing blade arranged at container bottom. Besides, proposed unit comprises flushing fluid tank communicated with nozzle by air pump. Nozzle allows accelerating aerosol particles therein side upstream of nozzle outlet. Suspension contains clay loam and silica.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
