FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: planetary roller-screw gear includes multiple-thread screw and nut, as well as threaded rollers installed between them in separators. Profile of each turn of roller thread is made in the form of curved line consisting of three straight line segments. The first auxiliary segment of straight line starts from thread vee and is connected to the main segment of straight line on roller diameter dPA. The main segment of straight line is connected to the second auxiliary segment of straight line on roller diameter dPB. The second auxiliary straight line segment ends at roller turn top. Roller diameter dPA is less than average roller thread diameter dP2, and roller diameter dPB is more than average roller thread diameter dP2. Profile angle αA of roller turn, which is formed with the first auxiliary segments of straight line on both sides of roller turn, is less than profile angle α, which is formed with the main segments of straight line on both sides of roller turn. Profile angle αB of roller turn, which is formed with the second auxiliary segments of straight line on both sides of roller turn, is more than profile angle α.
EFFECT: increasing load-carrying capacity and rigidity of gear.
