FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Planetary roller-screw transmission comprises a screw, screw rollers separated by separators arranged along the ends of the nut consisting of two half-nuts having toothed engagement to prevent rollers from unscrewing, compensator, thickness of which is precisely regulated by successive assemblies-disassemblies and sub-grinding. Device includes modified roller with new shape of gearing with smaller dimensions, without change of engagement area and neck for uniform perception of maximum moments, deflection formed at change of direction of load, adjusting device for reduction of clearance of part after assembly in process of running-in of gear.
EFFECT: higher accuracy, reliability and durability of planetary roller-screw transmission, increased nut working stroke relative to screw, reduced heating at mating conjugated parts of device, increased load capacity.
